My New Outside Blog: Reflection of True Texas!

Reflection of True Texas!

Gray Branch Road, McKinney, Texas

My husband & I have begun the journey of deciding if we should stay put in our current home or make a move.  We were traveling down a popular highly wooded area with fabulous pasture land on Gray Branch Road in McKinney, Texas when bingo .. the perfect photo opportunity was spied.

There it was ... two favorite Texas passions in one picture.  The Texas Longhorn (sorry Aggie fans for the photo) and a sports court in the middle of rolling pasture land and scenic trees.  True Texas passions!

No, our future home will not be in this area but it will become a fun cut through to enjoy for future surprises!  As for the decision for a move?  Still thinking!

Longhorn steers certainly are one of the things that come to mind when I think about Texas Connie.

Hi Connie, that is a fabulous shot and the steer definitely reminds me of Texas with those beautiful horns.  If I were to move again...I would definitely consider Texas.  Everytime I visit Austin for a KW event I thoroughly enjoy.  You will make the right decision.

Brian - glad you enjoyed the photo, it was one of those moments that I knew was a great opportunity!!  Thankfully my husband just laughed, said is this for your blog and pulled over for me to capture it!  As for the move, we have been thinking about it for 3 years, not sure what we will do.

Malcom - this ranch had a lot of them too, very majestic animals and yes, so Texas!!

Kristin - I know of a really good one too and I think she might even contribute her commission towards the closing costs!

Linda - spoken like a true Texan, we are a very proud state!

Cindy - so glad you liked the pic and I am always so glad to see your visits to my posts, thanks for being such a loyal reader!!

Gabrielle - thanks!  Gosh, it such a hard decision, we have literally talked all day long, made charts, ran numbers, etc.  When you have two appraisers involved it makes labored decisions as we investigate every angle.

Richard - thanks for your visit as always!!  Texas is a wonderful place and our area is wonderful!!

Judith - Texas is a big state, full of all you can imagine and has real heart.  Thanks for stopping off!!

You are all wonderful to visit my post and share your comments!
